Overview
A 30 gallon or larger aquarium with live rock is suitable. It uses the live rock for hiding in as well as for perching while looking for food. Tank mates should be passive fish including others of its own genera. It has poison glands attached to the dorsal, anal, and pelvic spines.
When first introduced into the aquarium, live saltwater feeder shrimp should be used to entice this fish to eat. The Sailfin/Rogue Scorpion diet consists of live foods such as feeder fish or small shrimps.
